About your order from the Redfeet brothers
Can I change my order or my shipping address?
Please send us an e-mail to mail@redfeetbrothers.com so we can check if it is possible. It might be possible, depending on the timing of the order.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it. Please contact us by sending us an e-mail and we’ll be more than happy to help you.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Nobody wants to be disappointed when receiving some groovy swim shorts, that’s not supposed to happen. Please take photos of the damaged goods and get in contact with us.
Shipping & Returns
What is your returns policy?
It’s your right to return all items you have bought from redfeetbrothers.com, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them. All items need to be unwashed, swim short unworn, and sent back in original packaging with all tags attached.
What about return shipping costs?
When you return or exchange any item, you must cover the shipping charges yourself. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.

- Do not tumble dry
- Do not bleach
- Cool iron on reverse side, who irons their bathing drawer anyway?
- Do not dry clean
- Ensure garments is dry before storing
